Angelo State University offers an online Master of Science (M.S.) in applied psychology that employs a multifaceted approach to behavior to help students understand how psychology can be used to address the issues in life and business. Students are exposed to a broad cross-section of courses that cover basic and applied areas of psychology. The 36-credit program offers students the option of taking elective classes to personalize their degree plan and graduate with a more specific focus on a successful career. Some of these courses include Core Concepts on Psychological Science, Social Psychology, Applications of Psychopathology, Theories of Personality, Research Methods, Applied Economic Psychology, Social Perception, and Environmental Psychology, among others.
