The clinical mental health counseling degree program at Wilmington University (previously the M.S. in Community Counseling) is the go-to choice for Delawareans who are interested in social work and psychology. As a master’s student in this program, you’ll complete two years of academic coursework before putting your skills to the test in a one-year internship. At the end of this sequence, you’ll be eligible to sit for the National Counselor Examination and become a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Delaware.
